In the last 30 days, Houthi Telegram channels named Riyadh in threats 7.6 times as often as in the months before, and Aramco 4.4 times as often, while threats against Israel and the US fell. On Oct 13 the Houthi military told civilians to evacuate Aramco’s headquarters, King Khalid Airport and the Riyadh refinery; on Oct 14 it claimed strikes on all three.
